Hey ya, first time posting here. I love reading yr blog! keep it up.

Good luck in staying healthy & losing weight. I'm sure you'll feel great after the workouts. Since you're a book lover, why dont you post on books that you have read or you're currently reading! Just a suggestion! :))

just to share the diet which i have been trying to stick to..
as little carb as i can handle for dinner as often as i can. n no supper if u can help it. but i make up for it by having king size breakfast. also, scientifically 11pm-2am is the time when the cells go thru a process of rejuvenation..so it's not good to gorge ourselves then.

eat big for breakfast, less for dinner. it helps to maintain the weight/reduce weight gain..for pple who are lazy to exercise.

HANA!! I hear you!! Same predicament, same excuses. Exercising is such hard work when you are already squeezing every minute of your day. Coincidentally, I just came back from my second session of PT and I don't like the feeling. It hurts. WaaaAAAaaAA!

Woohoo agree with you hana!! The flabs on the tummy, arms and hips, oh my, oh my. It doesn't help when the hubby constantly is sniggering it off :S I've been on the exercise (air-conditioned) regime since I gave birth, but gave up due to timing and work issues and having a hyper gal who constantly asking us to walk-walk didn't help either :P

I'm younger than u lei, how like tat? Go slimming yok :P

Chicken breasts - okay lah tu, crispy on the outside and yummy on the inside. agree with you, me alike with the age somehow the metabolism just go down. How about taking the kids out while you exercise? If you prefer a walk of at least 20 mins a day, for about 3 or 4 times a week, can help you to reduce that calories. And forget about not eating after 8pm, who follow this anyway. Can eat just don't take too much starch.
Hope it helps. How about a ladies group for walks or slow jog, I am into this, if you like to start.
PS: I was smiling as I read your post - it shines my morning-thanks
