you have to velcro it on REAL TIGHT, okay. as tight as scarlett o’hara’s corset in ‘gone with the wind’. you can put it on when you’re not wearing your normal bengkung (which should be even MORE SUPER TIGHT). you can eat, sleep, sit, berak, everything while wearing it, no problem. and you can continue wearing it long after your confinement is over. like till your baby is twenty-one years old or something.
but no guarantees that you’ll get a 16″ waist like scarlett o’hara, ok? :p

i bought something like this from Pharmacy so that I dont hav to put on the bengkung… but I’ve worn it for like…30mins??its somewhere in my wardrobe now..buang duit je..anyone wants to ‘buy’ from me??? haha

aah..i used tis too post pregnancy and post massage. not sure if it helped, but it sured helped to keep all the loose bits and babat in tuck for awhile. my friend passed it to me..but i thk can find at pharmacies too

this was definitely a godsent item after my c-sect. it made the wound a lot more bearable.
