oh, and slow down on the aerobics and jazzercise too. i know you’re trying to improve your flexibility and cardio-vascular fitness (gahh, maybe *i* should join you!), but give me a break sometimes lah.

ps: what’s that? you thought american idol VII yesterday was boring as heck? well that makes the two of us. watching you do your aerobics-cum-jazzercise from outside is waay more entertaining (and less irritating).
