so we had that small do after all. what can i say, his mummy’s a sucker for celebrations. 
and it was DEFINITELY worth it, coz the wonder mommy and green lantern daddy had a great time as well…
thank you to all the little superheroes who took some time off their busy world-saving duties to join the fun.
and of course, their sidekick parents and other adults who made sure they had their cake and eat it too!

dear aniq supertod and parental super units, izadhana..
i deeply regret that i was unable to attend your superparty with my sidekick of LURRVE and my sister coz we had a “situation”.
justice in our world was compromised because of The Missing Plumber. it was an emergency that we had to rectify ASAP. we had to forgo having fun in a bid to save the world…err..okay..save our home… from the dangerous situation of old pipes and flooded floors. and to, once again, restore peace in the form of good and proper sanitation stations so that never again will anyone (in our house) have any difficulty in getting rid of all that is “evil and vile”.
*ahem*
we also regret having missed meeting the league of extraordinary guests you had (i see a cheerleader and two spidermen!). this (and the fact that we had our swanky superhero outfits all laid out for the party) just makes us even more upset at missing out on all the fun, food and friends.
but such is the life of us superheroes and i’m sure you understand, as fellow esteemed superheroes yourselves, that we have to put peacemaking before partygoing sometimes.
fret not, we shall make it up in due time. maybe not with rocketboots and flying capes but we do have a superhero gift that we hope the supertod would like.
