i received an email from a friend regarding the 10 most haunted house in singapore. some of these places i’ve heard of, while others are new to me. anyway, the thing is, i only have 9 pictures of the supposedly 10 haunted places. anyone out there received the full email with the 10 pictures?

maybe you guys can tell me what is the missing haunted house. perhaps we can organise a trip to go to these places, sans the wife lah, as she is a bit of a spectrophobic. haha. for me, i like a good scare or two ;)

i went to old cgh before with a group of frens. even at noon, we could feel something/someone eye’ing us. but it could be our imagination, of course. the hubby suggested going to the old french embassy. got minah2 jambu di situ. :) if you got photography trips to these places, do inform me as well hor. not going for the scare but rather the shooting opportunities.
ha, me n frenz were shooting pat och, and load ov our video shots went missing eh! and in d middle lak tu… but i thnk the scariest would be yg punngol kn?? dey say the paranormal tem cant even get in!
i think the old cgh is the most popular venue for a ghost sighting expedition, but i’ve never set foot in the place before.
the nee soon camp white house was where i had an ‘encounter’, hehe…
it was during my BMT days, back then the BMT was at Nee Soon camp, not Tekong (really can tell that i’m that old already), i was doing the night rounds with a buddy of mine, there was always a stray dog which would accompany us from checkpoint to checkpoint, but when the next checkpoint was the white house, yep, u guessed it, the dog stopped in its tracks, prefer to wait at the foot of the hill, while me and my buddy had to, almost dragged our feet to the white house.
damn eerie during the night, there was this greenish glow in one of the room. i don’t know how to describe it, but passing the area, i felt a sense of evil, very difficult to explain but your whole body feels rather weird. anyway, we wisely skipped the checkpoint and surprise2 the stray dog was still waiting for us at the bottom of the hill to carry on with our patrol!!
aa…
the 10th haunted place missing here is the HILLVIEW MANSION. :)
ive been 2 the red hse, och, changi comando barrack matilda hse is fence up and u shud try going 2 view rd is the old mental hospital..fun..
i too was frm Nee Soon Camp (Alpha Co.) Now the white house is utilised by Music and Drama Co .. you still be able to catch a glimpse of the buildings whilst travelling along SLE. Izad you sure u wanna venture into such places ??? i once tried driving up the Commando camp, really gives u those creepy sensations in the end decide to turn back.
I ever went to OCH…I sat at the rooftop.. U need to climb and me and my frens sat there for like an hour..overlooking the sea at night… Nice! But that was when time puasa…muahaha! Tak seram sangat ar.. I guess if normal days kan, I don’t even dare go there and explore…coz some say they smell blood, some say can see someone by the window looking at them like as if the thing is trapped there and needs help.. Seram you!
I ever went pass by the Punggul Kampong House at night with my frens. We stopped along the road and it was very quiet…but then suddenly there were a few dogs appeared from nowhere and coming towards my fren’s car. Haha! That scares us and we speed off. LOL!
Organising trips to these places can be fun…hehe! Can try follow the SFogs team. Heh!

Er, didn’t they already do something to the Ford Factory? It’s now a museum and fully air-conditioned. The building is tak macam kat gambar tu langsung. It’s new now. Or is there an original building somewhere near it that I don’t know?? (I, too, live very near to it. Like this tomorrow must explore!)
the commando barrack is under camera suvilience
zalin, thanks for solving the missing haunted house, now i can sleep in peace!! hehe…
chuchu, thats a lot of houses you ventured. tak takut ke?? maybe you went in the daytime, iszit?? i’ve heard of matilda house, usually they go there to take pictures of the surrounding areas. very popular among the clubsnap members.
jeremy, me from f coy!! yah, i noticed the white house while travelling on the expressway, i didn’t know they converted it for Music N Drama Co. previously it was the officers’ mess, rite?
idasie, korang berani betul eh, panjat2 sampai kat atas rooftop. nasib baik bulan puasa, kalau tidak, confirm you lepak dengan cik pon :)
hazrin, you go dairy farm for what? buy goat’s milk for your kids iszit?? hehe…
goat, luckily whatever broke your chain didn’t follow you home, kalau tidak, that would be another story!!
yes fina, OCH is very near aloha changi, many believed that the stretch of road from netheravon road that lead to changi village, is a very “keras” road. that’s where babycolt had its first major accident, just outside the changi village hotel. very the suay.
faddy, your pics are very nice!! takde gambar yang unexplained ke? white apparitions flying ke….
hallie, woody lodge is located somewhere near IMH at buangkok link. those staying in sengkang and hougang should be familiar with the place.
lynn, i think you are correct, the old ford factory had been renovated. now, its a war museum, bummer!!
i see that you guys are really interested in the supernatural. there’s a few local websites that you can check out if you want to know more about these places. try http://www.spi.com.sg.
Is the Ford Factory near that condo pink house? The one that’s near the Singapore water or Kallang River?
And the old Police Academy not haunted eh? Hehehe! I tot that’s the 10th missing place. Heh!

That punggol house is called matilda’s house. Its a nice place for wedding shots but sadly, its been cordoned off.

i suggest u shud try ISTANA WOODNEUK n THE HOUSES behind istana wookneuk.. soo scarry… but its a best place 2 take pic.. ade model n wed couples take pic there..
hehe..just my kind of fun.
anyway, my group of friends and myself always go around hunting down the most scary places in S’pore. Besides just OCH and Old Commando Barrack, there’s another spot in Changi. You have to go on foot to find this place though. Also try driving into the cemeteries at Jalan Bahar / Lim Chu Kang.
Maybe we should organise one rounding session to all these places. Strength in numbers, remember? hehe..plus be prepared to catch some weird stuff if you were to snap your camera away at these spots.
Eehhh azfar that Civil Defence Academy is right next to the cemetery ok.. They say malam² the basement can see macam²..!! Esp those provost who so called go on their rounds.
I think if I work there ahh.. I dun wanna OT man..
hehehe..aiyoo,next only mah. try going into the cemetery itself at night. the Hindu cemetery is darn scary, i’m not joking. and there was once me friends and meself got lost in the muslim cemetery, and were going round and round for 30 minutes, before we found the exit!
hey azfar, your present is ready!! bila u nak collect?? hehe…
there’s no need to go so far, my workplace bila malam sure got wondering spirits…. too bad i’m no longer doing the night shift… or is it luckily i’m not in the night shift!

hiz….the No. 10 houses is hillview mansion…. which now has been demolish…
Dear authoritarians and viewers,
I’m here to share some of the so call the ‘Haunted Things’ that i have experienced few days ago.
Punggol Mathilda House: Its was a bright and shinny afternoon at the time of 3P.M. when a group of 10+ people from my classmates decided to pay Mathilda House a visit as heard to be the most haunted area in Punggol. It was 3PM after school as i had just finish my remedial and ends at 3.30.We gathered outside the SL Room(Student Leader’s Room) and decide where to visit first.
Troupe of us went to the office and then to the gate exit from our school. The groups of girls stayed back awhile as they saw their friends and wanted to chat awhile. So , we held off the opposite side of our school , and take bus 83 to the nearest MRT / LRT Station. When we reach there , we can CLEARLY see the Mathilda House from the MRT station to the opposite side of the House. It was told to be haunted as someone told us that last time , this lane was own by a British Man and Sg gov has no right to demolished it until they found the owner. But , where is the owner? This was my question as the building was more then 60 years!
